Sweatbox Yoga specializes in hot and regular yoga, with a diverse selection of classes suitable for beginner, intermediate, and advanced students.

We currently offer Hot 26, Hot Hatha, Hot Flow, Yin Yoga, Hatha Level 1, Vinyasa, Yoga Core, Stretch Yoga, Detox, Hiit Yoga, Ashtanga, Kids, and Pre-natal classes throughout the week.
