Lynne started her yoga journey in 2014 when she began to attend classes regularly. Initially, it was the challenging poses like arm balances and inversions that kept her interested in yoga. Subsequently, it was the positive vibes after going to a class that made her want to explore yoga even more. Yoga went beyond physical and was mentally and spiritually stimulating too and she went further to explore an Ashtanga Vinyasa Hatha Yoga teacher training later on. Yoga is a continuous learning process for her and Lynne hopes to share the practice of yoga with others.
