Janice was first introduced to yoga by a close friend in 2001. However, her journey towards yoga did not really take off till 2005 when she got her sister and young nephew to join her on the mat. Since then, yoga has become a passion and a way of life, recommending it to friends and anyone who is looking to improve their life and health.

Through the years, she has practiced many different forms of yoga like Hatha, Ashtanga, Yin yoga, Sivananda, Ananda and the Five Tibetan Rites.

She received her first yoga teacher training certification from Byron Yoga in Byron Bay, Australia in 2009 and has also completed her Yin Yoga certification in 2013 and 2017. She has also attended workshops by John Ogilvie and Tias Little.

Her classes are a combination of Yin and Yang, focusing on what feels good to the body and mind.

Away from the mat, Janice loves music, reading, photography and traveling.
